Leadership Role

Must be able to head accounts for 30+ branches across Bangalore city.

Conducting monthly finance review meetings with the team and management for having discussion on monthly financials and find the misappropriations of accounting if any and compare the actuals with the budgeted figures and fix the budgets for the next month.

 Prepare and having thorough analysis on the monthly MIS provided to the management i.e. Unit wise Profitability statement, Receivables, Payables and follow-up with the concerns and make it early collection.

Preparation of Financials with supporting schedules.

Prepare the data and other formats for filing GST Annual returns in the form of GSTR 9 along with the statement of reconciliation in the form of GSTR 9C with the financials.

Monitoring the audit team in conduct and issue of monthly branch audit reports of all branches and follow-up with the team for resolve the audit comments if any.

 Regularly communicate with the management for having discussion on funds position and funds planning.  Getting data with supporting documents for preparation and submitting GST Returns with in due dates. 

Filing Replies to the SCN and E-Assessment proceedings from Income Tax Departments and arranging supporting documentation.  Coordinating with Internal Auditors for conducting internal audit and other compliances.

 Coordinating with consultants for resolve the queries and arranging the data in respect of GST & Income Tax and filing the TDS Returns and Issuing Forms.

 Ensure the fulfillment of Minimum Internal Control Systems (MICS) in the Organization.

Conducting Stock audits and follow-up for the audit comments
