We're hiring for the profile of General Manager/ Asst. Vice-Corporate Finance President for Delhi location

Education/Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (first attempt) with 8-13 years

Budget: 60 LPA (including variable)

Impact of the Role (Brief):

The role provides strategic support to top management through financial reporting, analysis, business reviews, and industry benchmarking to drive operational and financial improvements. It includes contributing to key strategic projects such as M&A and internal restructurings. The position also oversees internal audit, assurance, risk, and governance activities, ensuring compliance and strengthening controls. Overall, it offers broad exposure across financial reporting, analysis, taxation, corporate law, FEMA, and internal controls across diverse businesses.

Job Responsibilities: 

1- Corporate Finance

• Provide financial analysis for business decisions and highlight key risks.

• Track regulatory/market changes and benchmark performance with peers.

• Lead investor reporting on financials, operations, CAPEX and project pipeline.

• Drive long-range plans, annual budgets, cash flows, valuations and IRR assessments.

• Forecast OPEX/CAPEX and perform detailed variance analysis.

• Review balance sheet and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.

2- Internal Assurance

• Assess internal controls, risk management and governance across the organization.

• Lead and execute financial, operational and compliance audits.

• Report audit findings to senior management and oversee outsourced audit work.

• Support management on risk mitigation, control improvements and compliance reviews.

3- Jt. MD’s Office – Key Initiatives

• Lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Support restructuring, corporate transactions and acquisition evaluations.

• Benchmark business performance and recommend process improvements.
