The Company:
As a global provider of outsourced business services which companies need to run their business globally , our client has been operating in Azerbaidshan for many years and created a team of strong industry professionals.
The Job:
As the general manager you will be the key representative for the company on the ground and responsible for all key activities and decisions. The day to day work will include:
- Identifying and brining on board new client relationships among local and international companies
- KAM for existing clients
- Hiring and development of specialists in audit, book keeping, IT etc.
- Ensuring all budget and revenue targets are being hit
- Close cooperation with HQ and other regional offices in order to share clients and joined projects
- Managing all key relationships with local authorities
The Person
You have at least 5-7 years experiences in running teams of business development professionals and personal experience of finding and developing international and local clients. You have a strong understanding and desire to work with numbers, financial statements etc. As a strong communicator you are able to build relations at all levels and get drive from meeting new clients and indentifying new opportunities. In addition to your local language you speak English plus additional foreign languages.
