We are looking for dynamic and experienced leader for business development to expand Company’s business, who has wide exposure in Sheet Metal industry and worked at Tier I Company. The GM - BD will be reporting to MD & CEO, serving official to do strategies for to sustain existing business and expansion. He should have proven track record for effective team management and result driven leadership.
- Achieve annual sales turnover target with required profit margins and ensure sustenance of business. Provide strategies and valuable inputs on business expansion to achieve major stake holding in Press Shop industry.
- Compiling, Identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial and/or operational data. Perform financial, statistical, and qualitative data analysis of markets and competitors. Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports.
- Coordinates with all functional and support department to meet customer requirements. Drives performance to achieve or exceed financial plans and strategic goals. Leverages resources and motivates personnel to create high performance culture.
- Support finance department for revenue collection, reconciliation and settlement of dues within required time frame as per requirement.
- Build rapport with existing customer and ensure proper quality, delivery of components. Establish feedback mechanism to eliminate customer complaints and internal issues.
- Strategic decision making, preparation plans and execution according to short team/ long term plan. Ensure effective functioning of each function, coordination, team work in view to achieving business target and develop performance based culture.
- Responsible for marketing activities, allocation of activities and fair performance assessment of team members. Ensure people development and team building to maintain harmonious working environment in the department.
Educational Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with Master’s Degree in Business Administration
- Overall 15 to 20 years of experience and who has worked at business development and marketing for more than 5 years.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and professional accounting knowledge
- Strategic Thinking, Good at Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills
- Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly. Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
