Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of financial control in the business.
• Meet and control compliance for all business processes in the company.
• Preparation of management information from source data.
• Producing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts.
• Presenting monthly results, budget variances and ad-hoc analysis.
• Involved in Business Planning, P&L, Balance sheet & liquidity planning.
• Producing meaningful commentary and analysis of financial data.
• Preparation and reporting of income and expense forecasts to senior management.
• Overseeing internal controls for financial and reporting functions under SOX regulation.

Qualifications:

• Higher education, preferably in Finance and Economics, Physics or Mathematics. Additional trainigs in Finance is preferable.
• Foreign languages: English – fluent.
• Work experience: Experience from 4 years – in foreign companies on the positions of Chief Accountant/ Deputy Chief Accountant/ Finance Manager/ Finance Controller.

Skills and knowledge:

• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS standards and experience in reporting.
• Good knowledge of Russian accounting system standards.
• Knowledge and experience in «1С».
• Good knowledge of tax, currency exchange, customs and civil law.
• Experienced MS Office user (Excel – advanced).
• High level of self-organization.
• System approach and discipline acceptance.
