We are seeking a General Manager France, based in Paris, to lead one of the main French entities of an international group specialized in electrical and energy solutions.
This strategic role includes:
- Full P&L responsibility
- Leadership of an organization of over 100 employees
- Definition and execution of an ambitious and profitable growth strategy
- Driving commercial excellence and operational performance
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership & Customer Focus
Structure and accelerate commercial performance. Support teams in building long-term, high-value relationships with specifiers, installers, partners, and end customers.
Leadership & Performance Culture
Lead and align five Regional Directors and their teams around clear and ambitious objectives. Foster accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance mindset.
Sustainable Growth
Identify new market opportunities, develop differentiated approaches, and ensure profitable and long-term expansion of the French subsidiary.
Marketing & Sales Alignment
Ensure strong coordination between marketing and commercial functions to maximize market impact and strengthen the value proposition.
Strategic Vision
Represent the French entity within the group. Translate international strategy into effective local execution and reinforce the company’s positioning in the French electrical and energy solutions market.
Profile
- Strong Sales DNA with a proven track record in sales leadership and measurable results.
- Industry experience in electrical solutions, energy solutions, smart building, infrastructure, construction, or solution-driven B2B environments.
- Structured leadership experience, including management of regional leaders and exposure to P&L ownership.
- Transformational leadership capabilities, able to drive change and accelerate performance in evolving markets.
- Strong knowledge of the French market and ability to operate in an international environment. Fluent in French and English.
