Responsibilities:
- In charge of overseeing and directing all aspects of a paper processing or manufacturing facility's activities. This entails supervising manufacturing procedures, guaranteeing quality control, putting safety procedures into practice, allocating resources, and promoting company expansion.
- Keep an eye on and improve production procedures to guarantee effectiveness and economy.
- Apply best practices for reducing waste and utilizing resources into effect.
- Include quality control procedures in place to guarantee adherence to industry rules.
- Immediately address and fix problems with quality.
- Make sure adherence to industry standards and environmental requirements.
- Put safety procedures and training programs into place and oversee them.
- Locate chances for ongoing enhancements to personnel performance, production procedures, and general operational effectiveness.
- Capable of choosing the P&M and procedure based on the available RM.
- Experience in pulp and paper machinery erection and commissioning.
Qualification:
- A top-tier institute awarding a B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc., or a related subject
- A degree or diploma in paper technology is required
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the paper sector
- Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance, machinery, and paper recycling operations.
- A readiness to go abroad in the future and to travel widely.
- Experience: A minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in the field
- Prior experience as the leader of a manufacturing unit or facility.
