General Manager — Luxury Resort, Crete
We’re looking for a visionary General Manager to lead one of Crete’s most iconic resorts. This is more than a role, it’s an opportunity to shape the guest experience, drive commercial success, and inspire a passionate team in a truly breathtaking location.

As the strategic and operational head, you’ll oversee all departments—Rooms, F&B, Wellness, Maintenance, and IT—ensuring smooth daily operations while keeping an eye firmly on long-term growth. What you’ll do:
- Lead and coordinate all operational areas into one cohesive plan
- Drive guest satisfaction, anticipating needs and creating unforgettable experiences
- Safeguard standards, profitability, and brand reputation under the guidance of ownership
- Innovate across F&B, wellness, and events, keeping concepts fresh and relevant
- Empower and grow diverse teams, fostering accountability and engagement\
- Oversee preventive maintenance and H&S compliance to protect both guest experience and property value
- How success will be measured:
- Guest satisfaction, NPS, and review scores
- Commercial performance: GOP/EBITDA, RevPAR/TRevPAR
- Employee engagement, retention, and internal promotions
- Audit results, brand standards, and compliance metrics
