We have a funeral business in Spain. We provide a full range of services, from body picking, care, transportation and even flowers. We are strongly expanding this business and are looking for someone to work with us as a team and develop the company

Job Description:

• Spearhead the strategic day-to-day operations and management of the entire organization
• Develop high quality business strategies and plans which aligns with both short-term and long-term objectives
• Maintenance and development of funeral homes throughout Spain;
• Standardization and optimization of company activities;
• Constant communication with the company's shareholders;
• Preparation and presentation of various reports to shareholders;
• Procurement work;
• Participation in various tenders;
• Provide strong leadership and work alongside the team for operational success.

Requirements:

• Education: higher, MBA;
• Experience in funeral, hotel or spa areas is desirable;
• Excellent attention to details;
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire;
• Ownership orientation: Results-driven by nature with the demonstrated orientation of ownership over all aspects of the company;
• Entrepreneurial drive, with an ability to create order from chaos, and willingness to get to the bottom of a problem when necessary and roll up sleeves to directly solve challenging problems where required;
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth of the organization;
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment in the face of many competing priorities;
• Knowledge of English at not lower than C1;
• Own car.
