Process Quality & Continuous Improvement:

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent quality and operational efficiency.
• Lead Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity, minimize waste, and improve efficiency.
• Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Establish a culture of operational excellence by integrating best practices into the company’s workflow.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems.
• Develop quality control frameworks to ensure process consistency and reliability.
• Work closely with production, supply chain, and regulatory teams to align process quality with business objectives. Monitor and implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in all operations.

Industry-Specific Optimization:

• Bioenergy Industry Is In formative stage. The Incumbent will also have an opportunity to set benchmarks and standards that may become applicable across the industry.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to drive process excellence.
• Train and mentor teams on process improvement methodologies, SOP implementation, and quality control measures.
• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on operational improvements.

Required candidate profile:-

• 8-15 years of experience in process quality, CPI, Lean Six Sigma, and operational excellence.
• Strong background in E-Commerce/ Services, /technology.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Expertise in writing SOPs, business process re- engineering, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement strategic solutions.
