Job Description
Process Quality & Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent quality and operational efficiency.
- Lead Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Identify and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity, minimize waste, and improve efficiency.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Establish a culture of operational excellence by integrating best practices into the company’s workflow.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems.
- Develop quality control frameworks to ensure process consistency and reliability.
- Work closely with production, supply chain, and regulatory teams to align process quality with business objectives. Monitor and implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in all operations.
Industry-Specific Optimization:
- Bioenergy Industry Is In formative stage. The Incumbent will also have an opportunity to set benchmarks and standards that may become applicable across the industry.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to drive process excellence.
- Train and mentor teams on process improvement methodologies, SOP implementation, and quality control measures.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on operational improvements.
Required candidate profile:-
- 8-15 years of experience in process quality, CPI, Lean Six Sigma, and operational excellence.
- Strong background in E-Commerce/ Services, /technology.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
- Expertise in writing SOPs, business process re- engineering, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement strategic solutions.
