Job Description
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily business operations. Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
- Training managers and staff.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Major account relationships and development.
- Dealer Principal activities for various brands.
- Improving revenue.
- Hiring employees.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Analysing accounting and financial data.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities
- Generating reports and giving presentations.
- To ensure that employees health and safety are high on the agenda of priorities.
- Identifying training needs and in liaison with other managers.
General Manager Requirements:
- Degree in business management or a master’s in business administration.
- Good knowledge of different business functions and relevant product and industry knowledge.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills (ARABIC Speaker)
- Highly organized.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Proactive nature.
Role Functional Knowledge
- Experience in Managing Cold Transportation Solutions ( Carrier Transicold / Thermo King products)
- Oversight & Support of Workshop for Installations, Commissioning & Maintenance of Cold Transportation Solution.
- Sales & Marketing of Cold Transportation products to End user through regular Client visits & large fleet networks.
