Roles and responsibilities:

• He will be handling all aspects of Parts department majorly sales daily operations, including staffing, procedures, operational budget, and sales monitoring through all channels. He will be at Superior leadership, with strong communication and interpersonal skills in building rapport at all levels of the organization as well as with the customers and other stakeholders.

Required Skills 

• Strong and highly focused Sr. Level management Sales professional with 10+ years of experience.  

• Strategic and analytic-minded business strategist, financial professional and general manager with diverse experience in vast dealer management(Retailer/Dealer/Fleet), preferably passenger vehicle(Asian Brands)/Multibrand, product development, market analysis and sales forecasting within the automotive OEM and aftermarket. 

• Knowledge and experience of Parts e-commerce will be a distinct advantage.
