A ridiculously effective and hard-working group that’s on track to get to $10M+ ARR this year. Your task is to help grow this team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vertical Establishment: Take full ownership of the category's performance and growth, driving strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives. Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to launch and set up the Insurance vertical at Squadstack. Develop a comprehensive business plan, including market analysis, competitive insights, and goto-market strategies. 2. Business Development and Revenue Generation: Identify potential clients and strategic partners within the insurance industry. Develop and implement revenuegenerating initiatives to achieve and surpass set financial targets for the Insurance vertical. Monitor sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities. Take the lead in strategic customer engagements, negotiations, and key account management. 3. P&L Management: Utilize financial insights to make informed decisions and drive profitability. Showcase strong decision-making abilities, backed by data-driven insights and a strategic mindset. Take ownership of outcomes and hold oneself accountable for results. 4. Process Excellence and Delivery: Implement and enforce strong process excellence methodologies to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery. Collaborate with the Delivery Lead to ensure smooth execution and quality service to customers. Demonstrate a deep understanding of operational intricacies, particularly in a highservicability environment. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. 5. People Management and Recruitment: Exhibit exceptional people management skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Take charge of recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a skilled and motivated team. 6. Product Feedback Inputs: Act as a crucial conduit between clients and our product team. Gather valuable feedback from customers, understand their pain points, and provide actionable insights to enhance our product offerings
