This will be cross-functional role that requires experience building new, highly effective channel programs. The role will initially report to the CEO. Role will be a critical part of the business development strategy and have the opportunity to influence culture and practices. This role can be office-based or partially remote. Territory will cover all of North America, UK, ME & India.Establish strategy and programs for selling and deploying through partners. The role will focus on enabling a network of partners (SI’s, Software Companies, Enterprise Sales Boutique firms etc) to drive pipeline and demand generation.
- Assess partnership opportunities, come up with a plan, present it to the team and get buy in
- Figure out what success looks like, track how we're performing against our goals and provide visibility
- Identify, recruit, enable & manage strategic channel partners
- Gather feedback from partners and customers to improve partner operations
- Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
- Strong track-record of building and managing complex partner relationships
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work across both sales and product stakeholders
- Strong project management, analytic, and organizational skills
- 10+ years experience in program execution, consulting, partner account management, or similar
- Experience with SaaS solutions
- Experience with IoT or Manufacturing/BFSI/Telecom Solutions
- Strong presentation skills
- Highly driven, “Get it done” attitude
Must Have:
- Candidate must have experience and Transition from - Channel to Product Company
- Built Channel Sales from scratch in a Product Company . Must replicate the same here with us .
- Creating alternate line of business

- Look for Chanel Sales experience , Platform SAAS , Manage Channel Partners
- Hire and Train – SI Partners , Identify Partners driven by Practices
- Exclusive Sales Franchise , Work exclusive for you . Hybrid between B2B , B2C , Sales Franchisee .
