Global Marketing Manager – London, UK (Richmond)

Role Overview: Lead global brand management, focusing on dark spirits, and drive strong marketing initiatives for international markets. This role offers a blend of office and remote work and is based in Richmond, London.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and delivering annual strategic objectives and marketing plans for the assigned brands.
- Ensuring optimal utilization of budgeted resources for brand development.
- Executing the strategic plan to achieve long-term brand objectives and substantial performance improvement (both quantitative and qualitative).
- Continuously monitoring market growth for each assigned brand.
- Providing overall supervision for all marketing actions associated with the designated brands.
- Analyzing and sharing competitor brand activities to extract best practices.
- Formulating Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) actions to enhance brand positioning.
- Vigilantly overseeing brand activities in international markets.
- Approving and supervising Advertising & Promotion (A&P) expenditures in the markets.
- Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders (agencies, sales force, distributors, operations, procurement) to ensure robust product support.
- Collaborating within a team, leveraging company capabilities and understanding customer needs to drive brand success.
- Coordinating interdepartmental actions to optimize market placement and ongoing brand support.
- Providing consistent reporting to company management on achieved results and the status of action implementations for each brand.
Requirements:
- Additional competencies include project management, effective planning, strong organizational skills, a success-oriented mindset, creativity, flexibility, adaptability in various situations, and adept negotiation abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Holds a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics from a university.
- Possession of a WSET certification is advantageous.
- Participation in seminars on novel marketing, sales, or management techniques, aimed at enhancing skills in the global market context.
- Proficiency in PC operations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexible availability to accommodate extended schedules based on assigned tasks and activities, such as events, fairs, photo and video shoots, business trips, etc.
- Possession of a B Category driving license with at least 1 year of experience will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English for business communication (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be a plus, with a preference for Romanian and Greek.
