In this role you going to foster the company´s legacy and new data. You will develop governance
process to support data becoming an enabler to grow the business. You will contribute to define
guidelines and regulations that document the modus operandi ensuring proper training of the end
users and coaching end-users.

Your main responsibilities will be

•  Lead and/or support projects related to Master Data Management managing further improvements as part of a continuous improvement process
•  Guide and support projects for data enrichment
•  Support the company´s Services CRM or Customer Master Data portal data governance
•  Build and maintain data quality dashboard, data bases and regulation (QlikView / QlikSense or similar): troubleshooting in case of issues, review logics & reports as per business requests
•  Coach & support Global end-users as well as Services BI Team regarding any data related topics and governance
•  Create data transformation for ad hoc analysis
•  Lead investigation of gaps in ERP processes leading to inaccurate information, initiating measurements for improvement and supporting the IT team during development and implementation of those improvement actions
•  Govern the tools user access management as well as maintain central mapping file

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Bachelor's Degree - preferrably with a BI / Big Data / Business Analytics Master
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, working as "Business Partner"
•  Sound knowledge in data bases, data governance, analytics, workflows, processes definition & documentation, project management
•  Good communication skills in English 
•  Highly numerical and analytical, with experience with SAP/MSD, Qlik, SFDC, Python, etc
