Role Description

This full-time hybrid role is for a Global Technology Professional based in London, with part-time remote flexibility. Key responsibilities include sourcing top-tier technology talent worldwide, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client relationships, and driving successful placements. The role also involves conducting market research on industry trends and collaborating with the global Antal network to meet client hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical proficiency in Frontend Engineering, Mobile Development, Cloud, DevOps & Platform Engineering, Data, AI & Machine Learning, Quality Assurance & Security, or related fields.

• 5+ years of frontend development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Vue.js/Nuxt or Angular, with expertise in TypeScript, Kafka

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for professional interactions with clients and candidates.

• Experience in market research, candidate evaluation, and using recruitment tools/platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Proven ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

• Prior recruitment experience in the technology sector preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field desirable.

• Strong understanding of global work cultures to align talent solutions with client needs.
