Key responsibilities :
Design and lead skills gap assessment process, develop strategy to upskill where needed to
support achievement of business goals.
· Develop internal manager training program focused on skills in leadership, effective
communication, conflict resolution, delivering feedback, coaching for performance and other
critical skills.
· Guide and support leaders in creating individual development plans and assist in identifying
opportunities and resources to fulfill individual development plans.
· Facilitate and promote internal opportunities for employee development including mentoring,
job shadowing, job rotations, international assignments, etc.
· Partner with leadership and global HR colleagues to drive global talent development processes
including talent assessment, progression and succession planning, and identification of critical
positions and high potential employees.
· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of annual performance management
process and tools to drive a high-performance culture.
· Participate in the development of regionally-based strategies to increase diversity, equity, and
inclusion, monitor the development talent across the organization, assessing themes and
trends against DE&I goals.
· Promote Inteva’s Core Values in all aspects of performance management and talent
management.
· Develop budget proposals for training and development, meet regional and corporate budget
targets.
· Establish, track, and report on key metrics
