Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Relationship with banks & statutory bodies for smooth business operation and working capital requirements
- Liaising with Banks with respect to Reconciliation/renewal of loans, submission of quarterly/ annual reports/documents to bankers.
- Review of Due Diligence and Valuation Reports, Balance Sheet splitting, handling queries of due diligence auditors.
- Sanction of various loans for working capital/ Term loan for the group.
- Review of appraisal, approval/sanction, documentation, post disbursement compliances, unit Inspections and Conduct of large and corporate loan accounts.
- Responsible for credit rating of the Group entities
- Strong leadership and adaptability, with willingness to readily take ownership of highly challenging tasks and problems. Thorough and analytical, with sound understanding of money markets, FEMA regulations and foreign exchange.
- Strong organizational skills & ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Identification of key deal drivers and suggesting valuation adjustments using financial statement analysis and review of key business agreements/arrangements and recommending way forward.
- Tracking of Interest Rate and the news affecting the interest rate market i.e. G sec yields, RBI policy etc. Trade Finance, Routine fund transfer, maintaining cordial relation.
- Assisting the management to make the right strategy.
- Financial reporting to management.
Desired Skill Set:
- CA with 15+ years of post qualification experince
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to fit into an entrepreneurial and highly demanding work environment
- Demonstrable track record of strong achievement and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong performance management skills
- Dedicated and motivated individual with high levels of professionalism and a drive to achieve high standards of client service.
- Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Must have worked with larger manufacturing companies. Candidates having worked in Banks / NBFCs shall be given preference
