Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-wide IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure operations including data centers, networks, servers, cloud platforms, end-user computing, and IT service management.

• Drive and support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and post-go-live infrastructure stabilization, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate with business leaders and C-level stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and optimize IT investments.

• Establish and enforce cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and controls to protect enterprise systems, applications, and data.

• Own and manage IT risk, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP).

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, etc.) and lead internal/external audits and certifications.

• Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, SLAs, and performance reviews for infrastructure and managed service providers.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, automation, infrastructure modernization, and cost optimization.

• Monitor emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to infrastructure scalability, security, and efficiency.

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure Management (On-prem, Cloud, Hybrid environments)

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA infrastructure (implementation/migration/support)

• In-depth knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, and risk management

• Experience with ISO frameworks and audits (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301)

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

• Proven ability to manage large-scale IT programs and budgets

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role

• Mandatory experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
