Job Title: GM (Franchisee)
Location: Bangalore
Role Description:
As the GM (Franchisee), you will be responsible for overseeing our franchisee sales operations and business activities in a designated region. You'll lead and manage a team, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence across all functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies, set goals, and provide direction to achieve long-term success.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure efficient and effective execution.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and represent the company externally.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling businesses from the ground up over 15-20 years..
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and business environment.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Keen interest in ESG and electric vehicles.
- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore.
