- Multi Location Road Transportation Plan.
- Managerial Process for Transportation Operations & Management.
- Coordination with external agencies-Eg-Police, RTO, Legal Authorities etc.
- Planning for deployment of Car Carriers across all business locations.\
- Total Vehicle Compliance.
- Management of Safety, Accident Location Management and Insurance.
- Daily and periodic statistical reports for Management Review at Unit, Location,Vertical and Company levels
- Car Carrier Fleet Management: Operations and Maintenance.
- Car Carrier On-Road Availability.
- Car Carrier Productivity (Trailer Availability, Revenue, Cost, Output and P&Lmanagement).
- Technology based Car Carrier Turnaround Management.
- Setting up Process of Trip Target Time and Trip Advance for each Route.
- Fuel Procurement Process.
- On Road Breakdown Management.
- Regular Service and Annual Maintenance Contract for Car Carrier
