Job Description:
- Experience in leading a sales team for international freight forwarding.
- Strong customer base and track record.
- Well conversant with all products, ie. Sea & Air, Import & Exports.
- At least 3 years’ experience in leading a team.
- Experience of working in a revenue target-driven environment.
- Good leadership skills of developing a strong team.
- Sound knowledge of markets in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana & Andhra.
Additional skills:
- Proficiency is spoken & written English.
- Sound knowledge of IT applications
- Good presentation skills.
