Job Description
- Responsible for business development at new accounts and account penetration at existing accounts.
- Finding needs in the marketplace keeps the pipeline full of potential customers for new business.
- Responsible for identifying market trends and competitive rate actions and communicating those trends to the product and management teams.
- Building strategy for the sector for 2X growth and communicating and monitoring team action items.
- Able to identify the opportunities of revenue expansion in existing accounts and prepare and implement the strategy aligned with the revenue expansion.
- Responsible for understanding pricing and cost components associated with proposed solutions.
- Effective stage wise planning in time bound manner to accomplish the goal.
- Create engagement and establish influential connects with internal and external stakeholders to get things done in desired manner.
- Taking conversation when you need it and knowing when to let others speak.
- The ability to adapt and move forward, particularly when unexpected occurs.
- Monitoring and mentoring the team to accomplish company vision and common goal.
- Debottlenecking internal processes for faster conversion of deals.
