My client in West Drayton is looking for a Graphic designer to work Monday - Friday, 9-5:00pm. This is am office based role. Salary is DOE.

Duties:

• Responsible for developing packaging and flat artwork for product
• Be able to follow a design brief
• Be able to communicate clearly with customers and understand their demands
• Understand full spec of detailed and layered artwork for print
• Creating company catalogues and sell sheets
• Mocking up mood boards and researching major trends as well as an up to date knowledge of the industry style

• Checking samples against artwork
• Assisting in the preparation of all brand catalogues
• Attending store visits to be able to design for your target customer
• Understanding competitor products

Skills required:

• Advanced understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator for MAC
• Must be able to work on several projects in short timelines
• Understanding the target consumer and market trends
• Experience in creating and following a critical path
• Initial first design (concept sample)
• Ability to sketch/draw

A design graduate with previous experience in the field (Interns, design students are also welcome)
