Our Client is a very stable and strong producer and distributors of beverages in Romania.
The job is an expansion and development opportunity with the scope to help the achieving of the sales objectives, increase the market share and profit of the company, by implementing ATL & BTL initiatives on the assigned brand or brands, in close connection with the brand identity and the specifics of the consumer and shopper profile targeted by brand positioning.
Key responsibilities
BUSINESS
* Supports the delivery of volume, market share and profit cards
* Participates in the annual strategic planning process
* Prepares and supports presentations to the management team in connection with ongoing projects
FINANCIAL
* Budget planning and tracking during the year
* Planning brand activities according to its profitability
* Proactive cost optimization, where appropriate
PEOPLE: cooperation with internal and external partners. Ability to manage a subordinates team.
BRAND LEADERSHIP & ACTIVATION: develop brand activation campaigns, promotional plan and event calendar / BTL
DELIVERY: conducts discussions with the team and agencies (brand, digital, PR, activation, etc.) in order to develop campaigns, promotions or other brand initiatives
COMMUNICATION: supports the direct manager and the team in developing brand communication campaigns and comes up with their own initiatives to improve brand performance
Key Competencies, Education, Skills and Aptitudes
§ University graduate in one of the fields: Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising & Communication. Postgraduate studies are a plus
§ Minimum 5-7years of experience in brand management in FMCG, F&B area
§ Experience in managing few brands simultaneously
§ Small team management experience
§ Advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written
§ Relevant knowledge of PC operation (MS Office)
§ Excellent communication and presentation skills
§ Able to conduct extensive business analysis
§ Experience in developing complex brand campaigns, at local and national level, with ATL / BTL components
§ Experience in launching innovation and rebranding campaigns
§ Creativity and solution orientation
§ Sufficient knowledge of the F&B marketing 4P: Product-Promotion-Placement-Price
§ Building relationships and connections inside and outside the organization
§ Strategic planning and the ability to make a brand plan and to make portfolio analyzes
§ Financial analysis and the ability to budget and negotiate
§ Proactivity, initiative, autonomy, trust, adaptability
§ Openness to learning and continuous improvement of performance
