Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial strategy, planning, and performance across all asset classes.

• Oversee financial operations, reporting (IFRS/GAAP), compliance, and risk management.

• Lead asset performance analysis, investment modeling, and shareholder reporting.

• Monitor hotel financials, ensuring transparency and alignment with group standards.

• Manage stakeholder relations with banks, auditors, and tax advisors.

• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred).

• 10–15 years of financial leadership in real estate or hospitality sectors.

• Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial role.

• Strong financial modeling, ERP, and regulatory knowledge.

• Fluent in English and Russian (Kazakh is a plus).
