The Role

Group HSE Coordinator

The person, who will report directly to the Director of Operations (COO), will be responsible for:

• Managing the health and safety responsibilities at Group level, including supervision of staff to ensure delivery of objectives;
• Implement global safety policies and make continuous updates on new regulations;
• Supporting business change through effective change management processes;
• Define and monitor health and safety KPIs across all plants, supporting the Sustainability manager in reporting activities;
• Maintain relationships with relevant authorities and certifying bodies.

Personal Attributes

• Degree in Scientific Matters;
• Field experience in HSE field gained for about 10 years production plant;
• Experience in plant management abroad;
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken);
• Full availability to make transfers and travel;
• Knowledge of the main regulations on safety at work and environmental protection;
• Good knowledge of the main IT tools;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Location:  Milan, with willingness to travel 50% of the time
