The Role

                  Group Loss Prevention Manager

The person, who will report to the H&S Group Manager, will be responsible for:

• Collaborates with the Entreprise Risk Manager for the Group Insurance policies;
• Defines risk mitigation plans, monitors their status and report on the progress of the risk mitigation plan;
• Ensuring that security & loss prevention standards and instructions applied;
• Manages the mill assets value appraisal processes;
• Manages the possible loss cases in cooperation with the entreprise risk manager and relevant Loss Adjusters.

Personal Attributes

• Scientific Degree or Diploma;
• Experience as Risk Manager at an international company/consultancy specialised in Risk Management;
• Full availability to travel 30% of working time;
• Excellent knowledge of English and preferably Spanish;
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence others.

Location:

Milan, with willingness to travel 30% of the time
