Major Responsibilities:

Team Culture Building:
- Create a team culture based on quality, trust, and superior specialist skill sets.
- Foster effective teamwork and relationships within the workplace.
- Promote an integrated mindset among key stakeholders.

Strategic Planning:
- Develop quarterly and annual plans for brands.
- Plan and implement integrated strategies to drive business value.
- Identify opportunities for award-winning work based on research and consumer understanding.

Cross-Selling and Client Services:
- Establish processes/systems for cross-selling services across the company.

Performance Tracking and Management:
- Implement KPI sheets for every client.
- Track sales where applicable.
- Maintain a Strategy Master sheet summarizing annual goals.
- Ensure teams deliver based on annual business and marketing goals.
- Conduct manpower mapping and salary budgeting.

Brand Development and PR:
- Identify opportunities for mining existing brands and build projects.
- Develop PR opportunities for a favorable company image.

Process Implementation and Improvement:
- Implement SOPs and streamline communication functions.
- Evaluate Turnaround Times (TATs) and set expectations.

Research and Brand Activities:
- Distill observations from primary and secondary research for brand direction.
- Lead activities in brand positioning, product launches, market penetration, and retention strategies.

Innovative Communication and Auditing:
- Develop innovative communication strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Audit services to challenge the status quo and improve future prospects.

Efficiency and Innovation:
- Identify processes, innovations, and automation tools to improve efficiencies.
- Constantly think of innovative integrated changes to drive value for clients.

Market Exploration and Capability Development:
- Explore new market offerings and develop capabilities.
