• Performance Tracking and Management:

  • Implement KPI sheets for every client.
  • Track sales where applicable.
  • Maintain a Strategy Master sheet summarizing annual goals.
  • Ensure teams deliver based on annual business and marketing goals.
  • Conduct manpower mapping and salary budgeting.

• Brand Development and PR:

  • Identify opportunities for mining existing brands and build projects.
  • Develop PR opportunities for a favorable company image.

• Process Implementation and Improvement:

  • Implement SOPs and streamline communication functions.
  • Evaluate Turnaround Times (TATs) and set expectations.

• Research and Brand Activities:

  • Distill observations from primary and secondary research for brand direction.
  • Lead activities in brand positioning, product launches, market penetration, and retention strategies.
