1. Lead a team of 3-4 Product executives /PMT
2. Analysing the market, competition & conducting market research to identify opportunities, threats & key issues.
3. Prepare and Build Marketing Plan & Strategy for the assigned portfolio to increase market share
4. Create & Build Core Advocacy group of HCPs..
5. Product Life Cycle Management to build strong portfolios
6. Developing innovative promotional programs for augmenting field force detailing & retailing efforts
7. Monitor marketing expense budget within agreed norms while developing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
8. Tracking, analysing and reviewing the performance of the regions against targets and working with stakeholders to resolve issues.
9. New product identification and successful launches

Education: Pharmacy with MBA/PGDM

Experience:

5 years or more in Pharma marketing with new product launch experience and managing at least 1-2 PMT persons. Exposure to GP/Gyn/Phy segment is desirable. Person having Sales experience will be an advantage.
