Job Description: The Head of Quality Management Systems would have a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of the products. Their job description might include:
· Quality Assurance Leadership: Develop and lead the quality assurance team, setting the strategic direction for quality management within the company.
· Quality Standards: Establish and maintain quality standards, specifications, and procedures for the manufacturing process to ensure product quality and safety.

· Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
· Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in production.
· Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for employees to maintain and improve product quality.
· Problem Resolution: Lead efforts to address quality-related issues, such as customer complaints or product recalls.
· Quality Metrics: Develop and report on key quality performance metrics to senior management.
· Budget Management: Manage the quality department's budget, allocating resources effectively to support quality objectives.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments like production, design, and engineering to implement quality improvements.
· Audits and Certifications: Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits, including certification audits, to maintain and improve quality management systems.
