The role will mainly tackle the commercial Operations of the company working within the commercial department. The role will mainly tackle working on the strategy of the company on the short and long terms, as well as working on the sales strategy and approaches that the company will need in the current situation and in the future. The role will be handling the sales operations in terms of Growth, Challenges, and competition depending on the market and the feedback of the market. 

Requirements: 

• 12-15 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or business.
• MBA Degree is A HUGE PLUS
• Experience in Heavy industries is A MUST.
• Fluency in English is A MUST.
• Strategic mindset and vision
• Very strong on following up on day-to-day work progress.
