Process Engineering:

Evaluate SOP’s & WI in line with solution and agreed strategy as per sign-off from the customer
Assess BRD and sign off from customer and ensure UAT scenarios and tested
Drive process and DWM training for the Local Operations team

Inventory Management:

Define and evaluate strategies with the customer with regards to Material flow, Putaway and pick strategy
Define Slotting as per above strategy, HOTO of inventory, set-up cycle count process
Ensure training of local ops Inventory lead on slotting and cycle count process and ensure monitoring of cycle count process till project closure
Measure OTIF and line delivery performance as per agreed SLA

TMS/ WMS Management:

Evaluate system functionalities in case of customer system is to be used
Analyze customer business scenarios and cases
Evaluate key documents, BRD, Tech Documents
Prepare Project Development Plan in discussion with the customer
Make required Tweaks and changes to the system in alignment with the BRD and plan outlined
Assess UAT, Stress tests in alignment with customer, Ops and IT
Prepare SOP user manuals based on the system deployed and designed

Training: Responsible for conducting trainings for DEOs and Super User

Manufacturing Processes:

Ensures onboarding after project is implemented and ensures that the team performs the role of the Temporary ADM
Responsible for running the new project Ops for 3 months from the date of Go-Live
Oversees handholding of the project for Ops during the deployment period
Responsible for skill development of the manpower deployed, via trainings, on Job and workshops
Responsible for adherence to the SOPs by the site

Warehouse Infrastructure & Electrical SME:

Ensure that both Greenfield and Brownfield Projects are optimally implemented
Responsible for uploading and supervising the sites from  Standard point of view
Ensure that the site is well managed by collaborating with the Ops and Real Estate Team pertaining to Infra  > Parking Lots, Docks, Hydrant, Utilities >  Air circulation, Roof Leakage Check, Waste Management, Floor Conditions, Sunlight conditions, Power distribution, Electrical wiring and workmanship, Electrical safety 
For Greenfield projects, monitor work with PMC on scope checks, drive the overall project as per agreed standards, make regular visits to the sites for work coordination
