- The CHA Export head is responsible for the end-to-end operations and profitability of the department
- He/she will be responsible for developing the strategy of the department and annual budgets
- Ensure compliance with customs related requirements, rules, and procedures
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention and implementing new ideas and initiatives
- Leverage technology to streamline processes, increase visibility for the customer and reduce costs
- He/she will monitor working capital cycles, ensure timely billing, and manage vendor relationships
- Ensuring HSE compliance within the Department.
- The head will oversee commercials for existing business as well as new opportunities, covering costing, negotiations, and execution
- The role will involve periodic reporting to management on PnL, Business Development updates and people management
- The head will be responsible for managing his/her direct and indirect reportees including KPI setting, performance management, recruitment and appraisa
