Qualification : MBA-Finance/CA

Must have experience in handling team ,must be able to handle multiple locations and must be willing to travel.

Must be from relevant industry i.e; Automotive.

Responsibilities    :

• Responsible for ensuring conducting of internal audit (New Car Sales, Service, and POC & Parts) across the group/dealership which includes - Branch Audits,Process Audits,Statutory audits etc.

• Verifying and Approving the Vendor Bills on daily basis before processing them for payments.

• Verifying & Approving the Salaries for the employees & Contractors on Monthly Basis.

• Daily Verification of Physical cash, Cheque & Cards against the Receipts rose.

• Physical verification of Stock with DMS, Security Register & Gate Passes issued.

• Daily Auditing of Bank Reconciliation Statements related to Cheques & Cards Etc.

• Auditing of Claims related to PDI, Warranty Claims, Corporate Claims etc.. With the DMS.

• Physical Verification of Parts & Accessories against the DMS.

• Verifications of Purchase Bills on daily basis before processing for payment.

• Preparation of monthly Audit reports of Sales, Service, and POC & Finance Depts. for Company records and also for the management Clarification.

• Auditing & Analyzing of Outstanding reports related to all the Depts. with the Department heads.

• Verification of Service Job Cards, New Car Sale & Purchase Invoices on daily basis.

• Verification of Parts & Accessories Stores documents like Inward Register, Outward Register, Indent Register, and Material Issue Register at the time of Audit Visits.

• Preparation of Consolidated audit report related to Audit Observations with Audit suggestions to present in the Monthly audit Review meeting.
