Our client is a leading Infrastructure Company with varied interests across the sectors. They are looking to recruit a Head - Investigations for their South Indian operations to be based in Hyderabad.
Education - Chartered Accountant , CAIIB

Experience - 15 years

Key Accountabilities:

1. Stake Holder Management

To unearth and mitigate unethical practices through conducting proactive enquiries based on Alert Notes raised, to conduct enquiries of WB complaints and to conduct enquiries as advised by Management.

Timely completion of the above enquiries with reasonable proofs / evidences

Prioritizing the areas of concern from ethics point of view through constant interaction with the Group , JVs and subsidiaries in South & Central India

2. Improving Ethics Culture

Educating the employees and vendors for effective participation in ethics and anti-fraud awareness programs and promoting a culture of Zero Tolerance to frauds and other unethical practices

3. Process

Ensuring mitigation of risks by conducting Fraud Risk Assessments of various departments in the Company, JVs, subsidiaries, other Group Entities

Support to E&I in Knowledge Management and Business Excellence initiatives

Plugging of process gaps resulting in revenue leakages, wastages and misuse of resources through Alert Notes and System Improvement Notes

4. Team Development:

To engage with team members to motivate and foster team work and understand and address concerns and provide a collaborative environment.
