• Must be from Pharma Company,
• Strong in strategy designing and execution – must have done in his past career,
• Sound knowledge in Digital Marketing (including e-Commerce),
• Who has great understanding of Market, Product, Consumer, and Consumer Behavior,
• Should have experience in Online and Offline market (70%- Online, 30%- Offline)
• Great in Change Management,
• Fair understanding of Supplements - Someone who either used or aware of the importance of them,
• Strong in market analytics (google analytics, etc.,),
• Good leadership skills,
• PG with 4-9 years of experience in same domain (not more than that),
• Compensation would be open to right candidate,
• Who is young and passionate,
