Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Lead and manage a team of area and zonal heads, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity across all stores in the region.
- Monitor and analyse key input performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches that drive traffic and sales.
- Ensure that all stores within the region deliver exceptional customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
- Work with the central HR team in hiring and building teams for new stores.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Willing to travel frequently within the region.
