Reporting To:   CEO

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Managing all logistics and supply chain for all the brands and leading a team of eight to ten resources including the field team.
2. Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
3. Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
4. Managing inventory, warehousing and deep understanding of the critical indices and key performance parameters of the logistics function.
5. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
6. Managing transporter relationships, negotiation and finalization of handling rates and secondary transportation rates from warehouse to other locations.
7. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
8. Providing SAP guidance and support to the team.
9. Adherence to all statutory compliances

Work Experience:

• Min 10yrs – 12 yrs
• Previous experience in FMCG preferred.

Skills:

• In depth knowledge and rich experience of transportation, warehousing and Logistics operations
• Hands on SAP
• Strong communication negotiation skills

Qualifications:

• Graduation + PG / Diploma in Supply Chain Management & Logistics.
