Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head – Total Rewards to lead the compensation and benefits function across Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive total rewards programs, including compensation structures, benefits schemes, long-term incentive plans, and flexible benefits. This role requires a deep understanding of regional laws and compliance requirements, as well as expertise in conceptualizing and executing reward strategies that align with business goals and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- Design & Conceptualization: Create innovative compensation models, incentive plans, and flexible benefits programs to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Market Benchmarking: Conduct market surveys, analyze industry trends, and ensure competitive positioning in key markets.
- Long-Term Incentive Plans: Design, implement, and oversee long-term incentive schemes, including equity, stock options, and deferred compensation structures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs adhere to local and international laws, tax regulations, and labor standards.
- Flexi Benefits: Develop and manage flexible benefits offerings tailored to diverse employee needs across multiple regions.
- Executive Compensation: Formulate and oversee executive pay structures, ensuring alignment with company goals and shareholder expectations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage data analytics to assess the effectiveness of reward programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Leadership teams to drive reward initiatives and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Employee Communication: Develop communication strategies to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs.
