About the Role: 

We are hiring for Engineering &Tech Head position. For the position, we are looking for an experienced professional with 10+ years experience in Warehouse Project Implentation preferably from Logistics companies.

As a warehousing and supply chain specialist, over 172 warehouses and over 6 million square feet of space, they take care of all requirements across India for more than 200 customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with operations, IT, engineering, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure project progress and issues are addressed promptly.

• Project Planning and Scope Definition:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Technology Integration:
• Oversee the integration of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper system configuration, testing, and training.

• Process Improvement:
• Analyze current warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance warehouse operations.

• Resource Management:
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget allocation.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in warehouse operations and project management.
• Industry experience of working with Supply Chain/Logistics companies is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
