Job Description
Responsibilities
15-20 years of experience in B2B, B2C, Modern Trade sales on PAN India level.
- Develop and execute strategic action plans that work to set KPIs for the business.
- Possess a good knowledge of driving sales through ecommerce, knowledge of category sales
- Responsible for devising annual budgets to achieve sales targets as per the organizational goals.
- This would be a P & L responsibility
- To increase the sales from existing level.
- Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies with a view of establishing actionable insights for improving of sales and business profits and expand our customer base.
- Identify and analyze new market trends ahead of the curve, hence, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market.
- Forecast market trends and initiate new policies to achieve more than our targets.
- Identify and network with financially strong and reliable retailers/ dealers/distributors/channel partners in deeper market penetration across India.
- Organize channel Meets, training, review meets, schemes/incentives for channel partners and sales team.
- Address channel partner issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.

Ideal Candidate profile
You should be coming with a good network of contacts- in distribution network
Should have connects in Modern Trade. Exposure to NPD, category management would be an added advantage
