Business Area : BO Chandigarh

1. Marketing: Environment screening; Product-wise Area SWOT; Market Feedback; Implementation of  marketing mix in area in coordination with the ZO.

2. BD, Sales & Distribution: Achieve Branch targets; Dealer / Direct Network Management; Order execution ; Godown plan & stock monitoring; Receivable and related control; Customer contact & Relations.  

3. After Market interaction for dealer/ customer satisfaction, product feedback, and for resolution of warranty cases.

4. BO Administration: People management; overall planning, delegation and control; maintain discipline and conduct at the location; expense control; represent company in the area under the branch for legal compliance whenever required.

5. Communicate and Coordinate policies, price and product related announcements in branch area and follow through for effective implementation.

6. Support CRM and ISO initiatives in coordination with ZO.

7. Promote Company’s values, Policies, Image and Culture.
