o   Ensuring compliance with relevant laws region wise and implementing the SOP for the compliance of the Food Industry including

§  The Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, The Legal Metrology Act, 2009, The Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, The Essential Commodities Act 1955, The Consumer Protection Act, etc

 ·         Tax Laws

 ·         Intellectual Properties-

o   Building the IP portfolio which consist of IP properties such as Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, Designs Fillings, Objections and Renewal of the same timely in various regions and globally PCT, WIPO, also defending if any litigations borne out of same to protect the company’s IP property from any infringement or misuses on any platform by unauthorized uses
