Responsibilities

•  Implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements with project based activities.
• New product introduction and manufacturing design to reduce waste, improve quality and safety, and reduce operating costs.
• Design new systems, processes & provide facilities to ensure the cost effective integration of new products & the improvement of existing ones into operations.
• Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.
• Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
• Benchmark processes, use past history, and interpret data.
• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve. Production rates and quality of output. Train the relevant people.
• Perform process simulations.
• Manage cost and time constraints & Project Management.
• Perform risk assessments & Mitigation Plan.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
