Our client is an MNC with 4000 plus workforce. They are a complete lifecycle digital transformation company servicing a variety of industries. We are looking for a Head, Talent Acquisition who manage the entire India landscape with a team of 40 plus recruiters
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 18- 20 years into TA
- Responsible for E2E recruitment in the India landscape– mainly Tech hiring with 100+ Joiners per month.
- Enable Talent Supply Chain and Hiring strategies that aligns with anticipated business growth, maintaining the quality of hire, within stated budgets.
- Enhance usage of social media eg. LinkedIn / Naukri/ fb usage to ensure a cost effective hiring model
- Monitor New Joinee Survey inputs and take necessary corrective actions
- Drive pre and post onboarding connect program enabling proper integration and candidate experience of every new joiner in the organization
- Ensure post offer follow up to maintain a leash on offer dropouts
- Design customisable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with recruitment teams and business heads
