Industry Preferred: Latest 3+ years MUST be from Automobile Industry only .

Qualification : CA or MBA Finance/M.Com/Equivalent.

As a part of leadership team, following are expected responsibilities:

• Creating and enabling business strategy and growth with effective finance partnership.
• Head the  finance function across state & line of business, guide business decisions in alignment to the Annual Operating Plan and business strategies.
• Streamline the accounting system towards implementation of online accounting and successfully closing the monthly books of accounts.
• Implementation of good internal controls in all day to day financial aspects including leakages of revenue and operational expenses. Maximize ROI and mitigate risks and uncertainties.
• Upgrade the accounting package to implementing the GST e-invoice system.
• Building Strong MIS and automated reporting system that captures data with accuracy and recommend strategies to management from time to time along with routine business operation and decision making.
• Plan, Deploy, Monitor and Manage Working Capital of the organization thereby managing the Short term and Long Term Interest of the business.
• Prepare and manage cash flow to keep the cash and inventory management cycle efficient
• Policy Framing and Implementation for various aspects of the business growth and smooth operations.
• Working towards Automating the Finance Function and Integrating with the Business software’s.
• Ensuring for Internal and External Audit Management, group business controls and process compliances, and various regulation and statues for business operations.
• Build, Develop & Lead a Strong Finance team that is strong in fundamentals of Accounting, Automation  & Commercial Aspects of Business.
• Strong interlock and coordination with business heads, Manufacturers, Banks and Financial Institutions, Investors, and board members for various corporate decisions.
