Responsibilities:
Anchor Hunting: Identify relevant industries and companies for potential collaboration on channel financing with the organisation. Thorough research on the industry segment and company to understand the financial position, distribution network and working capital cycle so as to be able to pitch a relevant product to suit their requirements.
Anchor On-Boarding: Working closely with Risk and Legal teams in on-boarding the anchor (corporate partner) formally into the system
Account Management: Working closely with the internal sales team as well as anchor's sales teams and credit team to ensure maximum conversion of leads. Monitoring the first 10-15 transactions personally to ensure minimal friction. Maintain constant communication with the anchor and share regular reports, new product offerings, etc.
Qualifications
• MBA/PGDM from reputed institutes
• Excellent Communication & Management skills
• Market & Consumer Insights & Research Skills
