Job Title: Head, Cards Business - Ghana

Job Purpose:
The job holder will have primary responsibility to provide input into the development of the Ghana card issuing strategy for the Personal and Private Banking Business Segment and executing against the defined strategy. The role extends to all card issuing, including Credit, Debit and Prepaid; to work with ROA centre and country stakeholders to agree the card issuing Medium Term Plan and Short-Term Plan; to deliver the budget; and grow the number of card volumes (with focus on Credit Card) in line with budgeted volumes in designated market (s).

- 7 years minimum Banking / Related experience
- Experience in managing a balance sheet and income statement of a business or product line.
- Experience in the management of Cards as a product, including third party sales, channels and partnerships.
